(1)<\/strong> The following terms and conditions apply to contracts that you enter into with us as a supplier. Unless otherwise agreed, the inclusion of any terms and conditions of your own used by you is contradicted.<\/span><\/p>\n

(2)<\/strong> Already with the placement of the respective product on our website, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract via the online shopping cart system under the conditions stated in the item description.<\/span> <\/p>\n

(3)<\/strong> The contract is concluded via the online shopping cart system as follows:
\nThe goods intended for purchase are stored in the \"shopping cart\". You can call up the \"shopping cart\" via the corresponding button in the navigation bar and make changes there at any time.
\nAfter clicking on the \"Checkout\" or \"Continue to order\" button<\/span>  (or similar designation)<\/span> After entering your personal data and the payment and shipping conditions, the order data will be displayed as an order overview.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you use an instant payment system (e.g. PayPal (Express\/Plus\/Checkout), Amazon Pay, Sofort, giropay) as a payment method, you will either be taken to the order overview page in our online store or redirected to the website of the provider of the instant payment system.
\nIf you are redirected to the respective instant payment system, make the appropriate selection or enter your data there. Finally, the order data will be displayed as an order overview on the website of the provider of the instant payment system or after you have been redirected back to our online store.<\/span><\/p>\n

Before sending the order, you have the possibility to check the information in the order overview again, to change it (also via the function \"back\" of the Internet browser) or to cancel the order. <\/span><\/p>\n
