III. Information on data processing
Your data processed during the use of our website will be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose of the storage no longer applies, the deletion of the data does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations and no other information on individual processing procedures is provided below.
Server data
For technical reasons, in particular to ensure a secure and stable Internet presence, data is transmitted by your Internet browser to us or to our web space provider. With these so-called server log files, among other things, the type and version of your Internet browser, the operating system, the website from which you have accessed our website (referrer URL), the website(s) of our website that you visit, the date and time of the respective access and the IP address of the Internet connection from which the use of our website takes place are collected.
The data collected in this way is stored temporarily, but not together with other data from you.
This storage takes place on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the improvement, stability, functionality and security of our website.
The data will be deleted again after seven days at the latest, unless further storage is required for evidentiary purposes. Otherwise, the data is exempt from deletion in whole or in part until final clarification of an incident.
Cookies
a) Session cookies/session cookies
We use so-called cookies with our internet presence. Cookies are small text files or other storage technologies that are placed and stored on your end device by the Internet browser you use. Through these cookies, certain information from you, such as your browser or location data or your IP address, is processed to an individual extent.
This processing makes our website more user-friendly, effective and secure, as the processing enables, for example, the reproduction of our website in different languages or the offer of a shopping cart function.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit b.) DSGVO, insofar as these cookies data are processed for contract initiation or contract execution.
If the processing does not serve the initiation or execution of a contract, our legitimate interest lies in improving the functionality of our website. The legal basis is then Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO.
When you close your Internet browser, these session cookies are deleted.

However, the steps and measures required for this depend on your specific Internet browser used. If you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Internet browser or contact its manufacturer or support. In the case of so-called Flash cookies, however, processing cannot be prevented via the browser settings. Instead, you must change the settings of your Flash player. The steps and measures required for this also depend on the specific Flash player you use. If you have any questions, please also use the help function or documentation of your Flash player or contact the manufacturer or user support.
However, if you prevent or restrict the installation of cookies, this may mean that not all functions of our website can be fully used.
Contract processing
The data provided by you for the use of our goods and/or services are processed by us for the purpose of contract execution and are necessary to this extent. Conclusion and execution of the contract are not possible without the provision of your data.
The legal basis for the processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
We delete the data when the contract has been fully processed, but must observe the retention periods under tax and commercial law.
Within the scope of contract processing, we pass on your data to the transport company commissioned with the delivery of the goods or to the financial service provider, insofar as the transfer is necessary for the delivery of the goods or for payment purposes.

Use of personal data when selecting Klarna payment options
In order to be able to offer you the payment options of Klarna, we will transmit personal data, such as contact data and order data, to Klarna. This allows Klarna to assess whether you can use the payment options offered via Klarna and to adapt the payment options to your needs. For general information about Klarna, please visit: https://www.klarna.com/de/ . Your personal information will be processed by Klarna in accordance with applicable data protection laws and as set forth in Klarna's Privacy Policy at https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/legal/terms/0/de_de/privacy treated.
Customer account / registration function
If you create a customer account with us via our website, we will collect and store the data you entered during registration (e.g. your name, address or e-mail address) exclusively for pre-contractual services, for the fulfillment of the contract or for the purpose of customer care (e.g. to provide you with an overview of your previous orders with us or to be able to offer you the so-called notepad function). At the same time, we then store the IP address and the date of your registration along with the time. Of course, this data will not be passed on to third parties.
In the course of the further registration process, your consent to this processing will be obtained and reference will be made to this privacy policy. The data collected by us in this process will be used exclusively for the provision of the customer account.
Insofar as you consent to this processing, Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a) DSGVO is the legal basis for the processing.
If the opening of the customer account also serves pre-contractual measures or the fulfillment of the contract, the legal basis for this processing is also Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
In accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO, you may revoke your consent to the opening and maintenance of the customer account at any time with effect for the future. To do this, you only need to inform us of your revocation.
The data collected in this respect will be deleted as soon as processing is no longer necessary. However, we must observe retention periods under tax and commercial law.
Contact requests / contact possibility
If you contact us via contact form or e-mail, the data you provide will be used to process your request. The provision of the data is necessary for processing and answering your request - without their provision, we can not answer your request or at best limited.
The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b) DSGVO.
Your data will be deleted if your inquiry has been answered conclusively and the deletion does not conflict with any legal obligations to retain data, e.g. in the case of subsequent contract processing.
YouTube
We maintain an online presence on YouTube to present our company and our services and to communicate with customers/prospects. YouTube is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, a subsidiary of Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA.
In this respect, we would like to point out that there is a possibility that user data may be processed outside the European Union, in particular in the USA. This may pose increased risks for users in that, for example, it may be more difficult to access the user data at a later date. We also do not have access to this user data. The access option lies exclusively with YouTube.
You can find YouTube's privacy policy at
https://policies.google.com/privacy
We operate a company presence on the Facebook platform to advertise our products and services and to communicate with interested parties or customers.
On this social media platform, we are jointly responsible with Facebook Ireland Ltd, 4 Grand Canal Square, Grand Canal Harbour, Dublin 2 Ireland.
Facebook's data protection officer can be reached via a contact form:
https://www.facebook.com/help/contact/540977946302970
We have regulated the joint responsibility in an agreement regarding the respective obligations within the meaning of the GDPR. This agreement, from which the mutual obligations arise, is available under the following link:
https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms/page_controller_addendum
The legal basis for the processing of personal data that takes place as a result and is reproduced below is Art. 6 (1) lit. f DSGVO. Our legitimate interest is the analysis, communication, sales and promotion of our products and services.
The legal basis may also be the user's consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1) a DSGVO vis-Ã -vis the platform operator. The user can revoke this consent for the future at any time by notifying the platform operator in accordance with Art. 7 (3) DSGVO.
When our online presence is called up on the Facebook platform, user data (e.g. personal information, IP address, etc.) is processed by Facebook Ireland Ltd. as the operator of the platform in the EU.
This user data is used for statistical information about the use of our company presence on Facebook. Facebook Ireland Ltd. uses this data for market research and advertising purposes and to create profiles of the users. On the basis of these profiles, it is possible for Facebook Ireland Ltd., for example, to advertise users within and outside of Facebook according to their interests. If the user is logged into his account on Facebook at the time of the call, Facebook Ireland Ltd. can also link the data with the respective user account.
If the user contacts us via Facebook, the personal data entered by the user on this occasion will be used to process the inquiry. The user's data will be deleted by us, provided that the user's inquiry has been conclusively answered and there are no legal retention obligations, such as in the case of subsequent contract processing.
Cookies may also be set by Facebook Ireland Ltd. to process the data.
If the user does not agree to this processing, it is possible to prevent the installation of cookies by setting the browser accordingly. Cookies that have already been stored can also be deleted at any time. The settings for this depend on the respective browser. In the case of Flash cookies, processing cannot be prevented via the browser settings, but by the corresponding setting of the Flash player. If the user prevents or restricts the installation of cookies, this may mean that not all functions of Facebook can be fully used.
For more details on processing activities, how to stop them, and how to erase the data processed by Facebook, please refer to Facebook's Data Policy:
https://www.facebook.com/privacy/explanation
It is not excluded that processing by Facebook Ireland Ltd. also takes place via Facebook Inc., 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, California 94025 in the USA.
Linking social media via graphic or text link
We also promote presences on the social networks listed below on our website. The integration takes place via a linked graphic of the respective network. The use of this linked graphic prevents a connection to the respective server of the social network from being automatically established when a website with a social media advertisement is called up in order to display a graphic of the respective network itself. Only by clicking on the corresponding graphic will the user be redirected to the service of the respective social network.
After the user has been forwarded, information about the user is collected by the respective network. It cannot be ruled out that the data collected in this way is processed in the USA.
This is initially data such as IP address, date, time and page visited. If the user is logged into his user account of the respective network during this time, the network operator may be able to assign the collected information of the specific visit of the user to the personal account of the user. If the user interacts via a "Share" button of the respective network, this information can be stored in the user's personal user account and may be published. If the user wants to prevent the collected information from being directly assigned to his user account, he must log out before clicking on the graphic. In addition, it is possible to configure the respective user account accordingly.
The following social networks are integrated into our site by linking:

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics on our website. This is a web analytics service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google".
The Google Analytics service is used to analyze the usage behavior of our website. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.
Usage and user-related information, such as IP address, location, time or frequency of visits to our website, is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. However, we use Google Analytics with the so-called anonymization function. This function allows Google to truncate the IP address within the EU or EEA.
The data collected in this way is in turn used by Google to provide us with an evaluation of the visit to our website and the usage activities there. This data may also be used to provide other services related to the use of our website and the use of the Internet.
Google states that it does not associate your IP address with any other data. In addition, Google keeps under
https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/partners
The data protection information is available to you on our website, including information on how to prevent the use of your data.
In addition, Google offers under
https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de
offers a so-called deactivation add-on together with further information on this. This add-on can be installed with the most common Internet browsers and offers you further control over the data that Google collects when you visit our website. The add-on tells the JavaScript (ga.js) of Google Analytics that information about the visit to our website should not be transmitted to Google Analytics. However, this does not prevent information from being transmitted to us or to other web analytics services. If and which other web analytics services are used by us, you will of course also find out in this privacy policy.
YouTube
We use YouTube on our website. This is a video portal of YouTube LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, 94066 San Bruno, CA, USA, hereinafter referred to as "YouTube".
YouTube is a subsidiary of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google".
We use YouTube in connection with the "Enhanced Privacy Mode" function to show you videos. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the quality improvement of our website. According to YouTube, the "enhanced data protection mode" function means that the data described in more detail below is only transmitted to the YouTube server when you actually start a video.
Without this "Enhanced Privacy", a connection to the YouTube server in the USA is established as soon as you call up one of our Internet pages on which a YouTube video is embedded.
This connection is necessary in order to display the respective video on our website via your internet browser. In the course of this, YouTube will at least record and process your IP address, the date and time, and the website you visited. In addition, a connection to Google's advertising network "DoubleClick" is established.
If you are logged into YouTube at the same time, YouTube will assign the connection information to your YouTube account. If you want to prevent this, you must either log out of YouTube before visiting our website or make the appropriate settings in your YouTube user account.
For the purpose of functionality and analysis of user behavior, YouTube permanently stores cookies on your end device via your Internet browser. If you do not agree with this processing, you have the option to prevent the storage of cookies by a setting in your Internet browser. You can find more information on this above under "Cookies".
Google provides further information on the collection and use of data as well as your rights and protection options in this regard in the information available at
https://policies.google.com/privacy
data protection information that can be downloaded from our website.
Google AdWords with conversion tracking
In our website, we use the advertising component Google AdWords and the so-called conversion tracking. This is a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google".
We use conversion tracking for targeted advertising of our offer. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.
If you click on an ad placed by Google, the conversion tracking we use saves a cookie on your terminal device. These so-called conversion cookies lose their validity after 30 days and do not serve to identify you personally.
If the cookie is still valid and you visit a specific page of our website, both we and Google can evaluate that you have clicked on one of our ads placed on Google and that you have subsequently been redirected to our website.
Through the information obtained in this way, Google provides us with statistics about the visit to our website. In addition, we receive information about the number of users who have clicked on our ad(s) and about the pages of our website subsequently accessed. However, neither we nor third parties who also use Google AdWords will be able to identify you in this way.
Through the appropriate settings of your Internet browser, you can also prevent or restrict the installation of cookies. At the same time, you can delete already stored cookies at any time. However, the steps and measures required for this depend on your specific Internet browser used. Therefore, if you have any questions, please use the help function or documentation of your Internet browser or contact its manufacturer or support.
Furthermore, Google also offers
https://services.google.com/sitestats/de.html
https://www.google.com/policies/technologies/ads/
http://www.google.de/policies/privacy/
for further information on this topic and in particular on the options for preventing the use of data.
Google Remarketing or Google "Similar Audiences" Component
We use the remarketing or "similar target groups" function on our website. This is a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, hereinafter referred to as "Google".
We use this feature to serve interest-based, personalized advertising on third-party websites that also participate in Google's advertising network.
The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the analysis, optimization and economic operation of our website.
To enable this advertising service, Google stores a cookie with a numerical sequence on your terminal device during your visit to our website via your internet browser. This cookie records both your visit and the use of our website in anonymized form. However, no personal data is passed on in the process. If you subsequently visit the website of a third party that also uses the Google advertising network, advertisements may appear that relate to our website or our offers there.
To permanently disable this function, Google offers for the most common internet browsers via
https://www.google.com/settings/ads/plugin
a browser plugin.
Likewise, the use of cookies from certain providers, for example, via
http://www.youronlinechoices.com/uk/your-ad-choices
or
http://www.networkadvertising.org/choices/
be deactivated via opt-out.
Through the so-called Cross-device marketing Google may also be able to track your usage behavior across multiple devices, so that you may be shown interest-based, personalized advertising even if you switch devices. However, this requires that you have agreed to the linking of your browsing history with your existing Google account.
Google provides further information on Google Remarketing at

Twitter Universal Website Tag
Furthermore, we used the so-called conversion tracking on the website with Twitter Pixel, a tool of Twitter Inc, USA. This enables us to statistically record the use of our website in order to optimize it. With conversion tracking, a cookie is set on your end device by Twitter when you visit our website by clicking on a Twitter ad. Conversion tracking is used to compile statistics and not to identify you personally. Rather, we only want to know via which Twitter ads or interactions users come to us on our website. You can find more information about this at business.twitter.com/en/help/campaign-measurement-and-analytics/conversion-tracking-for-websites.html.
We only use the Twitter pixel with your express consent in accordance with Art. 6 (1) a) DS-GVO. You can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser accordingly. In addition, you can make settings in your personal Twitter account to receive advertising: twitter.com/settings/personalization.
Mouseflow
This website uses Mouseflow, a web analytics tool from Mouseflow ApS, Flaesketorvet 68, 1711 Copenhagen, Denmark, to record randomly selected individual visits (with anonymized IP address only). This creates a log of mouse movements and clicks with the intention of randomly replaying individual website visits and deriving potential improvements for the website. The information is not personal and will not be shared. If you do not wish to be recorded, you can deactivate this on all websites that use Mouseflow by clicking on the following link: www.mouseflow.de/opt-out/.
Matelso
Our website uses a service provided by Matelso GmbH, Stuttgart. When you call a number switched for us by Matelso, information about the call is transferred to a web analytics service we use (e.g. Google Analytics). Matelso also reads cookies set by our analytics service or other parameters of the website you visit, for example referrer, document path, remote user agent. The corresponding information is processed by Matelso according to our instructions and stored on servers in the EU. For more information, please visit: https://www.matelso.de/privacy.
You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website.
SendinBlue - Infomailings
The dispatch of the Infomailings takes place by means of the dispatch service provider SendinBlue SAS, 55 Rue d'Amsterdam, 75008 Paris, France. You can view the privacy policy of the shipping service provider here: https://de.sendinblue.com/legal/privacypolicy/
SendinBlue is used on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO and an order processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 para. 3 p. 1 DSGVO.
SendinBlue is a service with which, among other things, the sending of newsletters can be organized and analyzed. The data entered by you for the purpose of receiving infomailings is stored on SendinBlue's servers. The hosting servers on which SendinBlue processes and stores the databases are located exclusively in the European Union (France). SendinBlue undertakes not to carry out any data transfers outside the European Union.
If you do not want SendinBlue to analyze your data, you must unsubscribe from the newsletter. For this purpose, we provide a corresponding link in each newsletter message.
SendinBlue may use the data of the recipients in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assignment to a user, to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimize the dispatch and presentation of the newsletters or for statistical purposes. However, the dispatch service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties.
Success measurement/data analysis
With the help of SendinBlue, it is possible for us to analyze our newsletter campaigns and optimize them for your wishes. For example, we can see whether a newsletter message was opened and which links, if any, were clicked. In this way, we can determine, among other things, which links were clicked on particularly often.
For this purpose, our info mailings contain a so-called "web beacon", i.e. a pixel-sized file that is retrieved from our server when the info mailing is opened, or if we use a shipping service provider, from their server. Within the scope of this retrieval, technical information, such as information on the browser and your system, as well as your IP address and the time of the retrieval are initially collected.
This information is used for the technical improvement of the services based on the technical data or the target groups and your reading behavior based on their retrieval locations (which can be determined with the help of the IP address) or the access times. For technical reasons, this information can indeed be assigned to individual newsletter recipients. However, it is neither our intention nor, if used, that of SendinBlue to observe individual users. The evaluations serve us much more to recognize the reading habits of our users, to optimize our ordering process in the online store and to adapt our content or to send different content according to the interests of our users.
SendinBlue also allows us to subdivide ("cluster") mailing recipients based on different categories. In this way, the newsletters can be better adapted to the respective target groups.
Detailed information about the functions of SendinBlue can be obtained via the following link: https://de.sendinblue.com/about/
A separate revocation of the performance measurement is unfortunately not possible, in this case the entire mailing subscription must be cancelled.
Klarna "CHECK-OUT
For the payment processing of orders via our online store, we use the payment service of Klarna Bank AB, Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, hereinafter referred to as "Klarna".
For this purpose, we have integrated the so-called check-out of Klarna into the final order page of our online store.
The legal basis is the fulfillment of the contract according to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b.) DSGVO. In addition, we have a legitimate interest in offering effective and secure payment options, so that a further legal basis follows from Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f.) DSGVO.
As soon as you complete the order in our online store, the data you enter in the input fields of the check-out page will be processed by Klarna on its own responsibility to process the payment.
In the case of the offered payment methods "PayPal" and "Prepayment", the processing is limited to the transfer of the payment data to us or PayPal without your further consent.
For the offered payment methods "purchase on account", "installment purchase", "credit card", "direct debit" or "instant bank transfer", the following personal data in particular will be processed by Klarna for the purpose of payment processing as well as for identity and creditworthiness checks:
- Contact information, such as names, addresses, date of birth, gender, email address, phone number, mobile phone number, IP address, etc.
- Order processing information, such as product type, product number, price, etc.
– Zahlungsinformationen, wie Debit- und Kreditkartendaten (Kartennummer, Gültigkeitsdatum und CCV-Code), Rechnungsdaten, Kontonummer, etc.
In case you select the payment method "purchase on account" or "installment purchase", Klarna collects and uses personal data and information about your previous payment behavior to decide whether to grant you the desired payment method. In addition, probability values for your future payment behavior (so-called scoring) are used. The scoring is calculated on the basis of scientifically recognized mathematical-statistical methods.
Klarna provides under
https://cdn.klarna.com/1.0/shared/content/policy/data/de_de/data_protection.pdf
further information on the processing described above, as well as the applicable data protection provisions.
